Job Description

An established Law firm with offices throughout the northeast is seeking a highly-trained Litigation Paralegal to support their team.

Duties and Qualifications:

  • Excellent drafting skills -pleadings, motions, discovery, etc.
  • Insurance defense litigation
  • Medical malpractice experience
  • Experienced in preparing/attending trial/hearings and arbitrations
  • Computer proficiency (Word/Excel/AD Summation)
  • Paralegal Certificate is a plus but not required
  • 3-10 years of solid litigation experience within a law firm
