The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate
- knowledge in reviewing and performing:
- due diligence,
- environmental reviews,
- state and federal regulatory programs,
- field investigations
- understanding of commercial real estate lending and finance
- superior writing, report review, time management, and organizational skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage top large national accounts
- Build and maintain direct client relationships
- Serve as primary engineering lead for national accounts
- Maintaining a technical review load and delegating reviews to support staff as needed
- Ensure proper staffing, quality of service, and on-time delivery of all projects
- Managing Building Assessment projects
- Manage to client goals and scope expectations
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Experience assessing building units utilizing comprehensive engineering/architectural practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or construction management
- Experience assessing various property types (commercial buildings, manufacturing/industrial properties, office buildings from one story to high-rise, strip malls, shopping centers, and multi-family housing properties)
- Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD guidelines and Property Capital Needs Assessments (PCNA)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Bidding and project cost estimation experience

Pluses but not required:
- Experience in construction management preferred
- Knowledge of EDR’s PARCEL Platform a plus
- Experience with managing various vendors and sub-contractors a plus
- Professional engineering license or architecture registration a plus
